Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Kevin Trapp says his situation at the club is "not satisfying" and admits he may be open to a return to the Bundesliga, amid links to Borussia Dortmund.

The Germany international, second to Alphonse Areola, rejected a move during the January transfer window.

Trapp, who started his career at Kaiserslautern, praised Dortmund's size and stature but reiterated his focus on PSG and the World Cup in Russia this summer.

"You can consider a lot," said the 27-year-old. "I am from Germany, so, sure, the Bundesliga is interesting, and Dortmund are a big club.

"However, the transfer window has just ended, and that is not an issue right now. I want to focus on my tasks here.

"A move always must make sense and after speaking with those in charge here, it was just the better step to stay in Paris. I work hard every day, and I want to come out on top. Sure, the situation is not satisfying, but I had good talks with Unai Emery."

Trapp said there were proposals from England in January but remains happy at PSG for now.
