Everton's squad can expect a rough time on the training pitch this week after Sam Allardyce vowed to stamp out any unprofessionalism in their ranks following Saturday's heavy 4-0 defeat at Tottenham.

Goals from Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-Min ensured an easy day for the hosts, and left Allardyce fuming after the game.

"It's out of order," Allardyce told BT Sport. "[You have to] play your way back into the game and be professional about it. It shocked me. I have not seen it since I got here. I have got to cut it out, starting tomorrow.

"Tottenham can beat anybody by a lot of goals but they should have had to work a lot harder than they did.

"When you go two goals down after half-time and basically relinquish all the gameplan, Tottenham will cut through you and punish you.

"That is what it was -- a collapse of organisation and professionalism."
