In blowing leads, Falcons not learning from old mistakes

From ESPN - October 18, 2017

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Atlanta Falcons coach Dan Quinn always preaches finishing, but his team still has not completely figured out how to close.

On the heels of Sunday night's title rematch with New England Patriots -- Atlanta blew a 28-3 lead in a 34-28 overtime loss in Super Bowl LI -- the Falcons once again come off a blown double-digit lead after a 20-17 loss to the Miami Dolphins. In Week 4, the Falcons led the Buffalo Bills 10-7 at halftime before losing, 23-17. And the losses to the Dolphins and Bills both occurred at home, where the Falcons should have had the momentum.
