England's Under-21s are 'moving up a notch' - Josh Onomah
From ESPN - October 7, 2017

England Under-21 midfielder Josh Onomah has targeted Euro 2019 glory and believes the Young Lions are capable of something special.

The midfielder scored a stunning half volley in Friday's 3-1 Euro 2019 qualifying win over Scotland to put the hosts top of Group Four.

Five of the starting line up won the Under-20 World Cup in South Korea in the summer while another five were on the bench at the Riverside Stadium.

And Tottenham youngster Onomah, who is on loan at Aston Villa this season, is confident Aidy Boothroyd's squad can triumph in Italy and San Marino in 2019 -- with many having been involved in a run to the Euro 2017 semifinals in June.

He said: "We can go further [than past Under-21 teams]. There are a huge lot of players who are playing well for their clubs and country. I won the Euros at Under-17s level and the World Cup at Under-20s. With that experience I feel we can push on for the Under-21s in two years.
