Should the Titans be worried about Logan Ryan, DBs getting torched?

From ESPN - August 13, 2017

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Our Tennessee Titans mailbag question comes from Sam Frazier, who wants to know if there's any reason for optimism in the defensive backfield after Logan Ryan was torched by Josh McCown and the New York Jets in Saturday's preseason opener.

#QforCam what are expectations for Logan Ryan after a bad first night?

Samuel Frazier (@samfrazier25) August 13, 2017

Sam, the simple answer is yes but that does not mean the Titans should not be worried. It was the Titans' first preseason game with four new starters in the secondary, but this is still the Jets. Any time McCown looks like Tom Brady, that's a bad sign for the opposing secondary.

Ryan was the Titans' big-ticket free agent this offseason, inking a three-year, $30 million deal to leave New England for Tennessee. He looked nothing like the No. 1 outside cornerback they hoped he would be. He was targeted three times and allowed three completions for 77 yards, including a 53-yard reception in which he was burnt by receiver Robby Anderson.
